der Download ist kostenlos, allerdings dürfen die Templates nur auf ausgesuchten Seiten zum Download angeboten werden! Ausgenommen der verwendete Lizenztyp erlaubt es Ihnen! die PSD´s dürfen prinzipiell individuell angepasst und verändert werden bis auf folgende Ausnahme:

das entfernen jeglicher © Copyrightvermerke des Designers innerhalb des Templates sind ohne schriftlicher Erlaubnis des Erstellers verboten! Ausgenommen der verwendete Lizenztyp erlaubt es Ihnen!
beim Anpassen an ein CMS System (oder in HTML Form) muss der Link des Copyrightsvermerk des Designers als echter Backlink eingefügt werden! Ausgenommen der verwendete Lizenztyp erlaubt es Ihnen!
sonstige Partner Grafiken, Werbebanner und Lückenfüller dürfen selbstverständlich entfernt werden!
die PSD Templates oder fertigen Templates (gecodet) dürfen unter keinen Umständen weiterverkauft werden! Ausgenommen der verwendete Lizenztyp erlaubt es Ihnen!
